How will you make an impact?
The Manufacturing Scientist is responsible for representing operations, establishing new processes, arranging necessary resources, and creating documents to successfully transfer products from R&D/Development or from other manufacturing sites to Vilnius manufacturing groups. If needed the Manufacturing Scientist could act as a project manager and train new staff members.
What will you do?
Act as Operation representative in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects
Transfer products to manufacturing from other Thermo Fisher Scientific manufacturing sites to Vilnius site
Creating technical, manufacturing, and validation documentation.
Respond to queries received via email from clients or colleagues.
Initiate and lead major change procedures
Actively uses PPI tools and methods
Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience Required:
University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life science, molecular biology or chemistry.
Excellent English language skills
Computer literacy (MS Office 365)
Good organizational skills
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Knowledge of general principles of documentation
Monthly salary from 1,983.33 eur to 2,970.83 eur before taxes and additional benefits package.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €23,800.00–€35,650.00.
