In this role, you will bring your unique experience and talent for HR for the following:

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensuring essential HR policies and procedures are followed, resolving issues that arise, and monitoring team activities to ensure functional objectives and initiatives are supported, communicated, and implemented.

  • Serving as an advisor to business teams to determine the best approaches to organizational development and change, succession planning, recruitment, talent and leadership development, and retention.

  • Providing coaching and support to managers on performance management processes, conflict and complex cases resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Contributing to various strategic HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

  • Analyzing HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.

  • Staying current with employment laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.

Role Requirements

  • 6+ years of working experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) or similar HR role which required close cooperation with the business and different stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar would be considered an advantage.

  • Demonstrated expertise in applying the Lithuanian Labor Code together with proficiency in navigating and implementing local employee relation practices.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders of different seniority levels.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization combined with excellent time and priorities management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with proficiency in MS Excel to generate data-driven insights and solutions.

  • Strategical thinking with demonstrated ability to perceive the broader context of situations.

  • High level of accountability and commitment.

  • Comfortable working in a changing environment and dealing with ambiguity.

  • Proficiency in delivering presentations and facilitating meetings/workshops/training.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 3250 – 6216 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
