Rocket Software Business Development Representative II in Vilnius, Lithuania

Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to spearhead lead generation for our sales team, with a specific focus on the AMC business segment we are acquiring. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in researching prospects, qualifying leads through proactive outbound calls and emails, and nurturing relationships through initial qualification and needs assessment conversations. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, ensuring that qualified opportunities are seamlessly transitioned to the appropriate Account Executives.

During the integration phase of the AMC acquisition, Business Development Representatives will be instrumental in qualifying leads and generating qualified opportunities in SFDC (Salesforce) to fuel continued growth. Post-integration, you will continue to support the business in collaboration with Rocket's Business Development Representatives.

  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calling and email outreach.

  • Create qualified opportunities in SFDC for the Account Executives.

  • Qualify leads and follow up inbound inquiries with product specific content produced by Marketing for lead generation campaigns

  • Support selling strategies based on research and general business acumen.

  • Work with the sales team to prioritize efforts, refine selling strategies, share results, and plan next steps.

  • Extend/deepen relationships with customers to further qualify and access accounts, and articulate Rocket’s value.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant or transferable experience (e.g., sales, marketing)

  • Demonstrated research skills

  • Awareness of modern best business practices;

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; strong ability to work well with others

  • Knowledge of software marketplace and IT organizational structures

  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software like SFDC a plus

  • Sales productivity tools experience a plus like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft

Annual salary range for this position is between €19,970.00 - €37,086.00 gross before taxes.

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
