The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
Guest Relations Agent
In this position, you willcreate unforgettable experiences for ourguests and createa perfect stay.
The prerequisite for this positionis a service-orientedattitude, team-oriented work and the ability to motivate. You should alsohave a goodcommand of English, a knowledge ofthe OPERA systemand previous experiencein the fieldof Front ofHouse/Front Office.
Your Tasks:
Ensuring a smooth workflow in the entire Guest Relations area
Looking after an international clientele
Identifying and looking after VIP guests before, during and after their stay
Recognizing and coordinating guest requests, guest questions and personal preferences, as well as their internal communication
Selecting and coordinating the purchase of services/amenities
Implementing and ensuring compliance with all The Ritz-Carlton standards in the Guest Relations area

Your Competencies:
Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
Previous Professional experience at the Reception or in Guest Relations
Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
Attention to detail
Professional communication skills and appearance
resilience, teamwork and flexibility
Quality awareness
A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
