The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
Front of House Agent
As a Front of House Agent, you and our motivated team ensure optimal support for our international guests.
You are the first point of contact for our guests: From the warm welcome to the uncomplicated check-in to the warm farewell, you are there for our guests during their stay.
Your tasks:
Responsibility for the smooth arrival and departure of our guests and their luggage handling, as well as the comprehensive guarantee of guest satisfaction
Giving information about the hotel
Receipts of couriers and handling of transport
Responsibility for the correct Parking of the guest cars and management of the vehicle keys
Attention to the cleanliness of the entrance area and the lobby
Collaboration with our event department to provide the guests with information and to guide them in the right direction
Your Competencies:
Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
Professional communication skills and appearance
resilience, teamwork and flexibility
Quality awareness
A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
excellent knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language is required, any further foreign language is advantageous
knowledge on how to use the software OPERA and MS Office are advantageous
