Du leitest die täglichen Aufgaben im Forderungsmanagement und orientierst dich dabei an unseren Inkassostrategien, Aufgabenlisten und Prioritäten. Du achtest darauf, das Ausmaß überfälliger Rechnungen zu minimieren und Zahlungseingänge auf Kundenkonten termingerecht abzuwickeln, und bearbeitest Rechnungsabzüge/Reklamationen.

Im Rahmen deiner Aufgaben:

• forderst du proaktiv Zahlungseingänge gemäß den jeweils geltenden Zahlungsbedingungen und Prozessabläufen für die von dir betreuten Konten ein und reagierst bei überfälligen Rechnungen umgehend, um Zielwerte zu erreichen

• sorgst du für Prozesstreue, um die effektive Bearbeitung von Abzügen zu vereinfachen

• kommunizierst du stets zeitnah und arbeitest mit den jeweils zuständigen Funktionen zusammen, um Abzüge zu klären/zu erheben

• sorgst du für einen raschen Guthabenabgleich bei Abzügen

• arbeitest du gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb an der Betreuung von Kundenbüchern und ausstehenden Zahlungen

Was du mitbringst

Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen:

• Erfahrung im Forderungsmanagement oder frühere Beschäftigung im Finanzbereich

• Ausgezeichnete SAP-Kenntnisse und sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insb. Excel)

• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

• Analytische Denkweise und Auge fürs Detail

• Verständnis für geschäftliche Zusammenhänge

Mandatory information in Austria: The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 44.800,-- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
