Join Mondelēz World Travel Retail and make our iconic brands such as Toblerone, Milka, Cadbury, Daim, Cote D’Or, Mirabell, Marabou, Freia available in Duty Free shops around the globe. In this role you will work on one of the biggest accounts in World Travel Retail and in collaboration with your assigned account you will drive availability and visibility of our chocolate and biscuits brands in Airports, in Border Shops and on Cruises and Ferries. In an international environment together with colleagues in various locations, you will ensure that Mondelēz World Travel retail will keep and expand its role as category captain in confectionary.
How you will contribute
Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan to strengthen and expand Mondelēz World Travel Retail’s position in the assigned customers
Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Mondelēz World Travel Retail internal functions
Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility
Build and develop strong category partnerships
Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, Forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function
Together with cross functional colleagues evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility
Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments
What you will bring

University Degree or equivalent qualification
3-4+ years sales / commercial experience
Retail account management experience, demonstrating credibility with senior stakeholders
Delivering superior results in different markets with varying degrees of maturity
Category management
Communicating effectively
Negotiation
Maintaining and building effective relationships
Presenting to all levels of an organization
Budgeting and forecasting
Fluent in English and German
What you need to know about this position
You will be traveling within Europe on a regular basis (up to 40%) to meet your customers
You feel comfortable in working remotely with colleagues around the globe
Information for Austria: The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement “Information and Consulting”. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 75.500 per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
