Job Summary:
The Global Commercial Systems Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Global Commercial systems projects in the Global Commercial Operations (GCO) and Unified Commerce / Digital Customer Experience portfolio. The combined portfolio makes up the ecosystem of applications initiatives required to support Global Commercial Operations and Digital Customer Experience objectives.
Provides overall program and project/resource management for our global Commercial systems program. This individual will have substantial prior experiencing managing a portfolio of projects and project lifecycles (waterfall, Agile) in a global enterprise systems setting. As the primary leader of this strategic program, this individual will possess strong leadership and communication skills not only to the program delivery teams, but also upwards to CVI leaders globally.
