Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the implementation of Capital Project Management with a specific focus on blow molding technology. This role will play a key part in defining engineering corporate standards, best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of consumer product processing and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will contribute both individually and as part of a collaborative regional team.
This role requires regular travel (up to 60-70%) to various plant locations and vendor sites.
In this role, you will:
Lead medium to large local and regional capital projects, integrating external resources and adhering to the Capital Project Management process.
Apply expert blow molding knowledge and engineering principles to solve complex technical problems and improve project outcomes.
Champion disciplined project execution using the One-Right-Way process to ensure smooth system startups.
Evaluate and select outside consultants, and lead teams for large or complex projects.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate strategies and standards.

What we look for:
8+ years of engineering experience, with expertise in blow molding operations, bottle design (PET & HDPE), and blow molding machine design.
2+ years of experience in Operations and Staff Engineering, with exposure to capital projects and new product development.
Strong background in capital project management and budgeting related to blow molding.
Competent in at least two engineering disciplines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD (or equivalents), and engineering standards.
Experienced in problem-solving, data analysis, and applying Lean Manufacturing, WCO, and TPM techniques.
Proven ability to manage project priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Electrical, Quality, Safety, R&D).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong project management skills, including cost control and deadline management.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and change management.
Background in consumer packaged goods and packaging equipment/systems preferred.
Education Level/Degree:
- BS Degree in Engineering, PE and/or MS degree beneficial (not required)
