Your Role

As a Senior Creative Producer, you’ll be the driving force behind our most exciting projects. Your creative vision, leadership, and commercial acumen will be crucial in elevating production quality, fostering seamless collaboration, and delivering an outstanding client experience. You'll take the lead on complex productions, ensuring every project you touch is infused with inspired creativity and executed to perfection.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Sales team and Creative Director to proactively pitch innovative video

  • concepts to a diverse range of clients.

  • Translate client requirements into detailed video briefs and develop comprehensive scopes of work.

  • Lead creative tasks, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and production planning, from ideation to completion.

  • Build and manage critical paths for large-scale productions, ensuring timely delivery of all

  • milestones, whilst managing and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

  • Oversee field shoots as required, briefing crews, and attending as a field producer.

  • Ensure post-production meets brand guidelines and maintains the highest quality standards.

  • Cultivate strong client relationships, driving account growth through exceptional service and creative content ideas.

  • Lead by example, setting a high standard of professionalism and quality within the team

Who are you?

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Creative Producer to join our dynamic Sydney team.You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our projects, working closely with our talented in-house crew and Creative Solutions team to deliver top-tier video content that sets the industry standard

Who You Are

  • You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a producer role.

  • You possess a strong creative vision and a deep understanding of the video production industry

  • and current content trends.

  • You excel at leading and developing creative concepts, providing innovative solutions.

  • You have a proven track record in meeting deadlines, managing schedules, and leading teams.

  • Your communication and collaboration skills are exceptional, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Have experience in managing multiple stakeholders and working with creative agencies

  • Excel in building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of customer service
