Position Summary

As a “ Group Marketing Communication Intern ”, you’ll be at the heart of our communication efforts, supporting the Global Communication Manager Group Marketing in creating engaging content, coordinating employee events, managing internal social media communities and supporting with the Employee Advocacy Program. While we ensure your time with us is inspirational, fulfilling, and transformative, you’ll gain hands-on experience in shaping how we connect with our audiences through impactful messages that keep our internal communities vibrant and informed.

A Day in the Life of a Group Marketing Communication Intern

  • Work with the Global Communication Manager Group Marketing to deploy the communication plan

  • Prepare assets to support delivery of strategic internal communications – including videos, articles, posts, newsletters, presentations, GIFs

  • Support the preparation of internal events such as Webcasts, Townhalls, and Awards ceremonies both in physical and hybrid settings (agenda creation, logistics, content development, etc)

  • Measure the communication impact and prepare reports (Power-BI dashboard KPIs, etc.)

  • Support with employee advocacy program

What will make you successful

  • University degree or equivalent in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields

  • Knowledge of communication tools, techniques, and assets.

  • Digital savvy with a great understanding of social media platforms and engagement dynamics

  • Video editing skills using Adobe Suite. Canva experience is a plus

  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a strong service mindset and a natural curiosity

  • Fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus
