Now is a great time to join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Manufacturing Associate at one of the world’s leading taste and nutrition company for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries located in Vesper, WI.

Shift: 3rd- Tuesday- Saturday- 11:00pm-7:00am Rotating schedule

Pay: $23.96/hour

Rotation schedule:

Week 1 – Mon-Fri (not on rotation)

Week 2 – OFF Tues/Wednesday

Week 3 – OFF Wed/Thurs

Week 4 – OFF Fri/Sat

Week 5 – Off Sun/Mon

Short Term Temp role to last 3 months or less

Summary: The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for safely and efficiently setting up and starting equipment, producing product, and breaking-down and cleaning the equipment.

Job Description:

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area

• Follow oral and or written work instructions

• Ensure cleanliness of the workstation when beginning work

• Verify and feed raw materials into the production process

• Ensure products produced meet quality and food safety standards

• Check yields and investigate discrepancies

• Maintain accurate production records

• Monitor machinery for malfunctions

• Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues

• Report food safety problems

• Clean workstation and equipment at shift-end

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, General Manufacturing Principles safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct

• Participate in all company training for food safety and plant safety

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

• Must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.

• Must be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion.

• Must be able to work independently and/or on a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to work in uncomfortable environments including hot, cold, wet and/or humid conditions. Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals will occur. Possible exposure to nut allergens.

• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, as required.
