The Road Crew Worker is a full-time, 40-hour per week in the Town of Vershires Highway Department.A member of the Road Crew is primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Towns roads, facilities and equipment. Crew members work under the direction of the Road Superintendent and must possess a current VT CDL to be considered for the job. The Town recognizes that not all candidates will possess all the skills needed for the job. The motivation to acquire new skills and learn on the job will be considered an important qualification when interviewing. Pay and benefits will be negotiated at the time of hire.
