VCA Woodford Animal Hospital in Versailles, Kentucky is seeking a highly experienced Veterinarian to lead our tenured DVM team as Medical Director .
We are a well-established, AAHA-accredited multi-doctor practice. We offer the highest quality of veterinary care for our patients and clients in our brand-new state-of-the-art facility. In this position, you'll use your superior medical judgment combined with a high level of empathy, confidence, and humility to build a loyal client base and heal pets.
Versailles is in the heart of the Bluegrass Region, within a short driving distance of Lexington, Frankfort, and Louisville. Drive through the serene farmland where famous Kentucky thoroughbreds and Kentucky Derby winners are raised. Numerous Kentucky bourbon distilleries, antique shops, and historic bed and breakfasts exist.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated veterinarian to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like a practice owner.
