National Winter Actvity Center WINTER: Guest Relations in Vernon, New Jersey

Season:

Seasonal Winter November 2024- March 2025

Position Purpose:

Guest relations make the participants experience more organized. This includes determining parking, providing information for guests, and administering check- ins or check-outs on campus.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Attentiveness and patience

  • Ability to find the positive in any situation

  • Must be punctual, reliable, able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

    Responsibilities:

  • Administering check-ins and check-outs on the campus.

  • Coordinating client/guest parking and traffic flow.

  • Providing information to client/guest.

  • Troubleshooting common issues.

  • Escalating queries and concerns.

    Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.

  • Will be required to climb stairs, walk up and down inclines and uneven terrain.

  • Ability to work effectively in extreme cold weather conditions and in other inclement weather conditions.

  • Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently be exposed to outside weather conditions.
