National Winter Actvity Center WINTER: Dishwasher in Vernon, New Jersey
Season:
Seasonal Winter 2024-2025 (November-March)
Position Purpose:
The role of a dishwasher is to maintain a clean environment throughout the food and beverage areas to ensure safety of the kitchen and has the ability to keep up with tasks at hand when needed.
Qualifications:
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Familiar with basic kitchen safety.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be punctual, reliable, able to follow instructions.
Work as part of a team
Ability to work varied shift hours, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Bus tables and tray drop off areas.
• Rinse and clean kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and trays.
• Operate a dishwasher.
• Maintain dishwash area to be free of slip hazards.
• Perform other duties as needed, under supervision of Kitchen Manager.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Frequent standing for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift and move objects of up to 25 lbs. as required.
