About the job

A. Planning and Scheduling

  • Preparation of Annual Maintenance Schedule for Filter Cleaning of HVAC & Process Equipments

  • Preparation of Annual Maintenace Schedule for Return Air Grills Cleaning

  • Routine Qualification & Requalification of Equipments located in Production Area.

  • Handling of Breakdown documentation and preventive maintenance documentation through SAP Athena.

  • Maintaining Inventory of critical spares for all blister packing & serialization machines.

  • To ensure for the availability of the process equipments for performing the preventive maintenance jobs

  • To ensure for the availability of the process equipments for performing the AMC jobs of blister packing machines through OEM

  • To ensure for the availability of the blister packing machines to perform the 10 minutes maintenance jobs

  • To attend to the equipment breakdown Maintenace jobs

  • Maintenance & Health Checkup of AHU Blowers, Coater Blowers

  • To execute the routine Filter Cleanings of HVAC / Process Equipments as per schedule from Manufacturing & Warehouse

  • To execute the routine Filter Cleanings of Dust Collector as per schedule from Manufacturing & Warehouse

  • To execute the routine Environmental Monitoring Study of HVAC / Process Equipments as per schedule from Manufacturing, Warehouse & Headbuilding

  • Maintenance & health checkup of Serialization machines ( Track & Trace)

B. CGMP Systems

  • Ensure that the PM jobs & Breakdown maintenance jobs are attended as per the requirements,

  • Ensure implementation of the quality system at all times

  • Ensure that the preventive maintenance jobs & breakdown jobs executed records are completed online & archived

  • To maintain the department, premises and equipment’s & to ensure validation status of the area

C. Implement of Projects for process improvements

  • Modification work to to enhance process improvements

D. AMC Jobs (Annual Maintenance Contract) :

  1. Initiation of the EPR process for the approval of AMC Jobs

  2. Coordinate with the production team for the planning & timely execution of AMC jobs as per schedule

E. Miscellaneous Projects :

  1. Implement Minor modifications / changes in the process rooms or on process equipment’s as per the CAPA requirements

  2. Installation & commissioning of new equipment’s

  3. Preparation of DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ documentation

About you

  • Experience :

  • 5-7 years of experience in the engineering department

  • Soft skills :

  • Co-ordination with the cross functional department is very good

  • Dealing with the people within the department & other department people is very good

  • Convincing ability while dealing with the external vendors on technical discussion front

  • Technical skills :

  • Good expertise developed in the fault diagnosis of electrical & electronic problems

  • Good knowledge in the documentation work like IQ / OQ of process equipment’s

  • Allocation of people for project work & people management in the department is very good

  • Good expertise in the operational & fault diagnosis on Serialisation machines

  • Good expertise on the handling of BMS system for HVAC systems

  • Education :

  • Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering
