What you’ll be doing:

Event Management & Strategy:

  • Strategy and concept creation for brand and culture building events that align with overall business goals and growth objectives.

  • Manage logistics, vendor relations, and onsite coordination to ensure seamless execution of events such as trade shows, pop-ups, conferences, webinars, and company + customer events. Create and implement pre-, during-, and post-event communications across email, print, digital, and social media to engage target audiences and drive desired outcomes.

  • Ultimately, level up our game to ensure every event - internal, external, or customer - is creative, meaningful, and memorable.

Integrated Event Marketing:

  • Develop comprehensive, multi-channel event marketing campaigns designed to engage audiences at every stage of the funnel.

  • Utilize email, print, digital, and social media channels to increase event attendance, strengthen brand presence, and drive lead generation.

  • Ensure campaigns are personalized, segmented, and optimized for maximum impact.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create and own a reporting dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success against event and campaign goals.

  • Analyze campaign performance and event outcomes to deliver actionable insights that support continuous improvement and future strategic planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, business development, and SLT)

  • to align marketing event strategies with overarching business objectives.

  • Provide guidance on messaging and content creation to ensure cohesive brand representation across all event marketing touch points.

Budget Ownership:

  • Manage event budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and campaigns deliver maximum ROI.

  • Balance resource allocation with the potential for revenue generation and/or customer acquisition, protecting financial investment while achieving strategic impact.

Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Coordinate and mobilize special projects supporting senior leadership, business development, customer marketing, and vertical team led special initiatives.

  • Own the project path ensuring all stages and teams are aligned to deliver within scope, budget, and deadlines.

3-5 years of experience in event management, integrated marketing, and project ownership.

What’s needed - Basic Qualifications:

  • Marketing, brand-building events, and/or integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Proven experience planning and executing large and small-scale events (e.g., trade shows, conferences, or brand activations).

  • Experience using technology – including Microsoft Office applications

  • Project Management Tools (Monday.com)

  • Reporting Tools (PowerBI, GA)

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Industry Experience: Background in retail, promo, agency, or brand-focused environments.

  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Ability to navigate uncertainty and make confident decisions in changing environments.

  • Data Synthesis: Skilled at compiling and analyzing data from various sources to drive strategic decisions.

  • Creative Visionary: Transforms ideas into larger, impactful strategies and executes them successfully
