Trackmen work outside in all weather conditions to repair and maintain the tracks. Involves heavy lifting (i.e. lifting 20-50 lb. steel plates and throwing them into piles, etc.).Trackmen travel to wherever repairing of track is needed. Long distance travel may be required. Assignments may require overnight lodging. Travel and lodging are reimbursed according to contractual agreement.Education, Experience, and Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.A Valid Driver's License.Manual labor experience.
