Eaton Corporation Service Processing Specialist in Vantaa, Finland

Eaton´s new campus for its critical power systems in Vantaa, Finland, integrates all current activities into a much larger site. Campus is completed by the end of 2023, and the 16,500 m² site will house research and development, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and service under one roof and will create up to 100 additional jobs.

As one of the world’s largest manufacturers of three-phase uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), Eaton’s expansion in this area is driven by strong business growth and the demand for systems that ensure business continuity. Situated in a prime location next to the Helsinki airport, the Vantaa facility will serve as Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions headquarters and a center of excellence for data centers.

What you’ll do:

You work as a Service Processing Specialist for Eaton Electrical Services in Finland. You execute tasks in Service end-to-end process from order booking to invoicing and service contract renewals. You also oversee (not as manager of people) few colleagues who are performing similar tasks in other locations; coordinating and developing cooperation in the function.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You'll develop full understanding of service process and systems (SAP & Salesforce Field Service)

  • Train new people on service process and systems.

  • You take ownership of solving issues in the process related to e.g. IT systems, blocks, missing POs, incorrect invoices and processes including customer calls and get supported by other functions when needed.

  • You also collect information on delivery times and update order backlog accordingly, handle material and pricing coordination in SAP, participate in other order management function initiatives and cooperate with colleagues in other European countries.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of suitable work experience in different areas of the customer delivery process - opening of jobs, orders, invoicing, contract management, customer contact

  • Fluent language skills in Finnish and English

  • Experience working with SAP

  • Positive can-do attitude, problem solving skills
