CACI, Inc. is hiring a Security Administrator for EOSOF to provide Mission Essential support to the Satellite Control Network Tracking Station Operations Remote Site and Mission Partners (STORMS) contract at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

What You’ll Get to Do :

  • Administers and coordinates DoD and other industrial security programs to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures

  • Provides guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions such as personnel security, information and system security, COMSEC, physical security to ensure compliance with standards

  • Provides administrative security support associated with the receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction and disposition of classified material

  • Reviews applications for security clearances prepared by the Security Assistant

  • May act as Top-Secret Control Officer (TSCO) for projects

  • Administers and maintains physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification and safeguard of company facilities, equipment, materials and employee property

  • Develops and conducts security briefings and security education programs

  • Provides oversight for programs for the protection of classified information as well as propriety information.

  • Prepares, sends, and receives visitor certifications

  • Investigates losses and security violations and recommends corrective actions

  • Manages the continuing eligibility program for employees

  • Periodically inspects the facility to ensure physical security measures

  • Knowledge of DOD, DOE or other industrial security programs

  • Provide administrative support, answering phones, taking messages, routing calls, and taking appropriate action as necessary

  • Distribute/route mail, packages and paperwork

  • Maintain and update appropriate logs, Tech library inventories, filing, and status reports/tracking

  • Prepare documents under general guidance and track procedure development/administration

  • Perform US Air Force Functional Area Records Management (FARM) duties and Records Custodian (RC) duties

  • Maintain one or more calendars

  • Generate standard reports in varying formats

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Education: BA/BS plus 5 years of experience (9 years of experience in lieu of degree) with managing and overseeing geographically separated Air Force/DoD contract operations, maintenance, and base operations functions

  • Satellite Control Network (SCN) knowledge

  • Interfacing with active-duty military and civil service personnel

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must be able to attain US Government Secret Security Clearance (Minimum)

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400 - 143,700 USD
