In this team, we collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (business, region, and CoE teams) in the design of compensation and benefits programs, and then take the lead and work together with various partner organizations (IT, HR Systems, Payroll, Equity, HR Operations, among others) to deliver that program from budgeting through payment..and.nbsp; The Compensation .and.amp; Benefits Reporting and Analytics Analyst is responsible for being able to create and build reports to use in analysis and transforming the analysis into business insights.DescriptionYou must have a strong understanding of employee data and be proficient of extremely high data quality analysis..and.nbsp; This role will require a thorough understanding of compensation .and.amp; benefits data to be able to build and configure reports in Workday..and.nbsp; The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background along with a high level of business acumen and can see solutions and can create actionable insights from raw data..and.nbsp; This candidate will also have experience in creating visualizations that can clearly communicate the results of their analysis at both an executive (c-suite) and detail level.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee design and configuration of Compensation and Benefits Reports and AnalyticsCreate/Understand business requirements; Build/Design, test, and release reports in WorkdayUsing multiple datasets, consolidate, create / build analysis and visualizations to represent insights in ExcelDesign / deliver reports, visualizations, communications, for Compensation and Benefits Insights and EventsExamine, analyze, interpret, report the results of analytical initiatives to stakeholdersMethodically test to ensure all corner cases are caughtCollaborate with business, CoE and region teams to troubleshoot and solve issuesPerform analysis for rewards and benefits activitiesProvides analytical support for complex projects using research and data analysis skills.Capable of developing a deep understanding of employee, job, and compensation dataBe curious of data; interested in investigating anomalies independently and without guidanceKnow how to spot patterns in data and the business knowledge to know what is worthwhile.Using analytical skills, be able to distill the data into meaningful resultsSuccinctly communicate the results of the analysis using charts, pictographs, pivots, and tabular results.Be comfortable working with multiple decoupled large datasets.Participate in the design and implementation of go-forward strategy and tools used in compensationExcel in translating business needs into possible solutions, incorporating any system limitationsParticipate in the development cycle to document the requirements, evaluate the design, test the solution, and ultimately be capable of signing off that a solution will meet all the needs requiredWillingness to have fun (even at work)Experience .and.amp; SkillsBA/BS degree in business, computer science, human resources or related discipline and equivalent work experience.Statistics and regression analysis experienceMinimum 3 years of related business experienceIdeally with one year of Compensation / HR ExperienceIdeally with one year of direct reporting experienceDemonstrable ability to:Manage multiple large datasets, transforming and incorporating them into a single unified datasetDeliver work of extremely high quality and without errorDevelop and manage communications with stakeholders and partnersUse data to make informed decisions and recommendationsMaster of Excel, ideal experience with AccessExperience in Workday Configuration and building reports preferredStrong financial and business acumenBasic knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to
