Robert Half is seeking an Engagement Coordinator for a hybrid role in the Vancouver, Washington. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support community-based workforce professionals, clinical stakeholders, and a whole-person care platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution lists for onboarding, offboarding, and transitions of community-based workforce members.

• Collaborate with the Communications Department to develop newsletters, flyers, and social media content.

• Provide logistical support for monthly cohort meetings and community engagement events.

• Coordinate training and professional development activities, including registration, attendance tracking, and event planning logistics.

• Maintain and update a resource page and other tools to support the community-based workforce.

• Assist with administrative tasks, including processing requests and deliverables promptly, and maintaining high standards of organization and confidentiality.

• Represent the organization with integrity and foster a culture of inclusivity and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Strong clerical background with proven experience in administrative tasks.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in community outreach or social work is a plus.

• Familiarity with community resources and navigating social determinants of health is preferred.

• Previous experience with event coordination or administrative support in community-focused settings is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
