Location: Vancouver, Washington * Type: Contract * Job #8039 Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Administrative Technician position will be responsible for performing data entry across various systems, including Microsoft Office, Asset Suite, PeopleSoft, and Concur. Key duties include assisting with Time & Attendance management, reviewing timesheets, making travel arrangements for staff, and managing office files and records. The role involves providing clerical support, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events. Additionally, the technician will ensure compliance with information security and governance standards and assist staff with routine software applications. This full-time position is located in Vancouver, WA. Reviews time sheets for contract workers in Fieldglass. * Verifies or reviews group/organization timekeeping is accurate and follows established guidelines, policies, and negotiated bargaining agreements (such as Columbia Power Trade Council (CPTC) for hourly workers). Where required, inputs time and labor information into appropriate system. * Makes travel arrangements and accommodations for Construction personnel on an occasional basis, following established policy and process, which may include: * Prepares travel authorization and arrangements for management and staff travel using online systems such as Concur, etc. * Prepares travel vouchers following established process using online system, entering data from staff daily work reports and other communication. * Answers telephone calls and responds to routine telephone requests that have standard answers; refers calls and visitors to appropriate management or staff. As requested, controls mail to assure timely staff response and sends form letters. Sorts and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail, including bulk mailing packages. * As requested, maintains calendars, makes appointments, and arranges for meeting rooms. * Establishes and maintains office files, TFH print room, and provides clerical support, maintaining catalogs and posting (filing) changes to manuals. * Marks documents and maintains filing system(s), files, emails, and records in accordance with compliance requirements. Shares and disperses documents only to appropriate personnel (those with a Lawful Government Purpose (LGP) to know).
