The Enterprise Voice team is hiring a Senior Program Manager to help grow and engage our flagship customer learning program and member community. As a Senior Program Manager you represent the voice of the Microsoft enterprise Azure Data customer for the Azure Data product engineering org so the team can improve Azure Data as a platform for enterprise data, analytics, and business intelligence to enable enterprise customer organizations, teams, and users, to get more value from their information assets, and thereby increase their usage of and satisfaction with Azure Data services.

Expand the scope and impact of the Enterprise Voice program.
Engage with enterprise customer organizations to deeply understand their scenarios, priorities, and challenges.
Work closely with Microsoft product teams to influence product direction and strategy.
Apply customer development and product development best practices assist product teams apply customer input at all stages in the product lifecycle.
Document lessons learned for training, content, and future product feature prioritization.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years experience using Power BI and other Microsoft data products to achieve business goals.
3+ years of professional program management experience
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
Experience working independently to achieve strategic goals.
Experience working collaboratively to define and communicate strategic goals.
Experience using customer development processes and tools to inform software product and feature development
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of senior business and technical decision makers and their requirements for modern data solutions.
Experience using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data products and services.
Customer Experience Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $108,100 - CAD $199,700 per year.
