INTRODUCTION:

In partnership with Branch and Regional Management, the Assistant Manager, Business Operations -Recruit Team Lead is responsible for leading the onboarding of competitive recruit clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role you will:

  • Provide support to Branch Management by effectively communicating the status updates of account openings, documentation and transfers

  • Maintain and provide required reporting and tracking to Senior Sales Management, Regional Offices and Branch Managers

  • Support training and onboarding of Service Officers

  • Actively participate and contribute to touch bases and team meetings by producing new ideas and approaches

  • Build effect working relationships across the team and with various departments

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

We would love to work with you if you have:

  • Familiarity with Wealth Management operating policies, procedures and client account documentation

  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite

  • Understanding of regulatory guidelines & risk management practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel within the province/country

  • Flexible working evening hours and weekends when required
