What you can expect to do here:

Assisting administrative activities related to proposal setup and delivery, as well as proposal team initiatives

  • Effectively communicating with proposal teams and colleagues, as well as other stakeholders

  • Assisting in the development of proposal team best practices, tools, and policies

  • Contributing to the generation, collection, dissemination, and storage of related information

  • Supporting the setting up and maintenance of content libraries and toolkits using SharePoint

  • Supporting the rebranding of materials using MS Word and InDesign

  • Supporting the creation and management of content templates using MS Word

  • Supporting the review and analysis of in-bound proposal requests, and developing the structure and content of responses

  • Supporting the adaptation of existing resumes, project descriptions and boilerplate information

  • Supporting proposal delivery and post-submission lessons learned

  • Supporting the proposal team to compile, edit, and write standard proposal components in adherence to requirements; assist in compiling disparate content elements from a distributed group of authors into a cohesive and responsive proposal document

  • Supporting proposal close-out activities

What you’ll bring to WSP:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Being a superb team player

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and excellent proofreading/grammar skills

  • Ability to excel in a multi-task, deadline-driven environment

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, English literature, business administration, sciences, engineering, or related discipline

The following would be considered strong assets:

  • Bilingual skills (English and French) are strong asset

  • Relevant work experience in an administrative or marketing setting

  • Basic to advanced knowledge in MS Word

  • SharePoint experience and/or innovative ideas for online file management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign and Acrobat)

  • Experience with client relationship management CRM tools

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $20.50 - $31.25/hr
