Growing solar company looking for Solar PV Installer. - Basic construction knowledge, comfortable with basic tools, knowledge of construction plans, - Able to lift up to 80 lbs. including but limited to 45 lbs., - 55 solar panels - SIP panel construction, heat pumps, ERV's, mini-split installation, and solar installation process. - Must be comfortable with heights and ladders. - Communicates and works well with others, seeks mentoring and asks questions on renewable energy home energy systems - Install Solar PV Installer systems in accordance with codes and standards using drawings, schematics and instructions - Apply weather sealing to array, building, or supply mechanisms - Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
