Description
Our Software Development client in San Diego is in need of an organized and sociable Front Desk Coordinator. This individual should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately.
Arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of business travel.
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and stationary.
Requirements
Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
