Key Responsibilities
Creates business plans for the assigned area and coordinates other people to get it done
Trains, motivates and guides Indirect Channels to reach sales targets
Focuses on creating profitable deals, managing both customer information and internal stakeholders
Is able to develop complex deals with financial variables and presents at high level
Reviews contracts and negotiates conditions both internally and externally
Is the reference point for the tender process, ensuring proper and compliant interactions are performed in a timely manner
Collect competitive data and work in cooperation with marketing under the leader guidance to prepare solid simulations supporting price and product offer for each single tender/quote
Coordination of the distribution and logistics of the product (LTC, STC, Demo)
Customer care for head nurses and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
Promotions, presentations, launching of products
Support the leader,on implementing locally the national strategy in terms of referrals program, education, marketing in collaboration with RSM and PM
Be responsible of the accurancy of the forecast and prepare on a regular basis business review to be shared to his/her manager
Coordinate under leader's supervision agents/dealer activity, ensuring sales pipeline is aligned to business plan/action plans and kept up to date into the corporate systems (ie Nexus/SFDC)
Conduct training with marketing where necessary to internal and/or external stakeholders
Takes the accountability of the KOLs
Knows the individual customer's value drivers
Promoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behaviour)
Fulfill the quality policy and comply with company's standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones
What are we looking for?
Degree in Engineering, Biomedicine, Administration, Sales or Marketing or related experience in a medical, scientific field or technical career
Previous experience in the Medical Devices industry and solid knowledge of the healthcare system will be highly beneficial
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales or Marketing role, ideally in the Medical devices sector
OR
Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical scientific role (Physiotherapist, nurse, clinical or biomedical engineer) with strong sales attitude
Ideally experience in dealing with indirect channels in the healthcare industry
Native Spanish speaker with full proficiency in English (C1 -C2 level)
Experience working abroad will be beneficial
Advanced competences with Microsoft Office
Job details
Direct territories: Galicia, Asturias, País Vasco, Navarra, Rioja, Aragón, Baleares and Valencia
Support in: Catalunya, Alicante, Murcia, Albacete
Base location: the candidate needs to be based in cities with facilities to travel throughout the designated Direct territory
Work type: field-based (80% travel)
Presence in Operating Room: 20-30%
