Aston Carter Production Control Planner in Valencia, California
Description:
With minimum supervision, plans material work orders in synchronization with the dock plan and customer orders. Plans and monitors the flow of materials from the receipt of demand through the manufacturing process. Works with the Master Scheduler, other planners, and program management to ensure customer requirements, production schedules and milestones are met

Education/Previous Experience Requirements:
AA degree or equivalent. BA/BS degree in business or technical field preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years planning or related experience. Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge and understanding of capacity planning tools and MRP/ERP systems.
APICS coursework desired. APICS Certified (CPIM or CSCP) a plus
Additional years of related experience will be considered in lieu of education.
