Job Summary:

Eagle County Regional Airport ranks fourth in annual enplanement among Colorado airports with most business captured mid-December through March. The Eagle Airport Shuttle Service Specialist is responsible for all front-line aspects of the Epic Mountain Express EGE Operation. These responsibilities include representing EME and Vail Resorts to the general public, greeting and serving our pre-reserved guests and making quick and efficient reservations to align guests without reservations with the next available departing shuttle. Coordinating and assisting drivers, communicating with other operational areas and proficient dispatch of departures are critical job functions. Monitoring flight information and quickly pivoting to align flight order and schedule variations with available resources is a critical logistical skill requirement.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.51 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time

  • Outlet: Eagle County Regional Airport

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Integrity

  • Operational logistics

  • Efficient and timely dispatching of trips

  • Monitor inbound driver resources

  • Monitor flight order and arrival times

  • On-site resource management

  • Great interpersonal skills

  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Customer Service Experience

  • English fluency required.

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

  • Logistics experience preferred.

  • Strong computer skills required

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $25.51. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
