Amazon Capacity Planning Analyst, GO-AI Capacity Planning in Uttar Pradesh - Virtual, India
Description
The GO-AI capacity planning team is looking for a curious, resourceful, and experienced Capacity Planning Analyst to join our team of Product Managers, Program Managers and analysts. Our mission is to ensure our customers have the right support at the right time to confidently and effectively grow their business through Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Responsible for creating and maintaining week over week capacity plans for multiple GO-AI programs to enable the achievement of service level and productivity goals for the network
-Work closely with Operations, demand planning and other stakeholders to proactively identify issues and take appropriate actions to minimize impact.
-Capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success
-Undertake process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
Experience with Excel
Experience using very large datasets
