Description
Chris Preble from Robert Half is working with a high growth Utica employer again. This is a newly created position to add to the FP& A team. Your responsibilities can include
Keep an eye on monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enable business partners to handle their resources
Master and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
Sanction effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and decision support
Conduct weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting
Accumulate and regulate forecasting reports
Analyze performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities
Work in partnership with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights
Provide assistance to Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
Disclose monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required
In this role, you will be in close partnership with cross functional partners in Accounting and Operations to execute against plans
Requirements
Financial analysis experience
- Comfort in Excell
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related. MBA (or in progress) is an asset
