About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will have a successful track record and relevant experience building partnerships with and selling technology solutions to various enterprise customers. We are looking for experienced professionals excited to propel electrification forward. Ideal candidates may have experience working in and with existing relationships in the industry that would result in short-term positioning and collaboration with key players in the various verticals.
Requirements
You will
Be responsible for the development and commercial success of various partnerships in North America
Develop strong relationships with executive and operational-level decision-makers and leverage those relationships to achieve business objectives
Take responsibility for commercial activities related to key accounts and drive customer-facing discussions, projects, and meetings
Ensure that revenue targets are achieved or exceeded on a quarterly and annual basis for all products, services, and integrated solutions
Provide regular reporting and forecast information
Work closely with and coordinate activities between different departments like engineering, operations, sales, marketing, finance, product management, and legal
Our ideal candidate:
Experience negotiating with enterprise accounts and key decision-makers
Experience working in start-up environments and willing to take on multiple challenges at once
Is a positive-thinking, self-starter with the ability to identify, support, and grow opportunities from the early stages of development through maturity and deal closure
Is a strategic thinker who can navigate large, complex accounts to uncover business needs, address client challenges with actionable insights, and innovate with enterprise-level solutions that elevate Wallbox to a preferred partner status
Must-Have’s
Experience managing key accounts across many verticals
4-6 years of experience building partnerships with large corporations
Eligibility to work in the US
Desired Skills & Attributes
Relevant relationships and networks with decision-makers at CPOs
Solid sales, communication, strategic forecasting, complex negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently to define the landscape in a rapidly changing business space
Ability to travel on a moderate basis, including domestic and international
