Training Facilitators- Leadership & Management

Management Concepts, Inc. , is seeking training facilitators to work as Independent Contractors in the Washington DC metro area. We seek individuals with subject matter expertise in: Business Writing Relevant expertise and work experience would include:

  • Demonstrated writing skills.

  • Demonstrated grammar skills.

  • Experience writing business documents including white papers, issue papers, memos, briefings, and email correspondence.

  • Proven ability to organize ideas effectively.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate courses 1-5 days in length for open enrollment and custom programs to groups of up to 25 participants.

  • Apply principles of adult learning theory during training facilitations.

  • Expertly facilitate learning and group process according to the facilitators guide and adhere to course objectives and schedules.

  • Provide feedback on course materials to expert content developers.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the design and development of new or custom programs.

    Requirements :

  • BA/BS in a discipline requiring extensive writing.

  • At least three years of experience as a training facilitator; formal trainer certificate desired.

  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a business writing focused.
