Advantive Revenue Operations Manager, Integrations in US, United States

The Revenue Operations Manager plays a key role in advancing our go-to-market organization and revenue operations. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, this individual ensures seamless integration of acquisitions into our teams, aligning people, systems, and processes to drive efficiency and business continuity. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with M&A experience and a background in finance and revenue operations, particularly in fast-paced software environments. Responsibilities include analyzing sales pipelines, managing forecasting processes, and transitioning pricing and deal structures to align with Advantive’s standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, proven ability to engage with executives, and a track record of leading transformation initiatives across GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including business systems, to ensure seamless integration, data continuity, and operational alignment during M&A processes

  • Rapidly integrate acquired businesses into existing processes, delivering accurate budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive sales territory plans while maintaining operational continuity

  • Leverage advanced Excel modeling and analytics to extract actionable insights from incomplete or imperfect data, supporting data-driven decision-making and reporting

  • Develop and refine sales forecasting models, KPIs, and robust reporting packages, providing training and conducting reviews to ensure process efficiency and adoption

  • Collaborate on the design, implementation, and communication of go-to-market systems, sales incentive plans, and Deal Desk/Win Desk processes to align with organizational goals

  • Build and implement lead generation workflows that integrate efforts across field sales, marketing, and business development, driving sales productivity and pipeline management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years of experience in revenue operations capacity with experience in integrations with acquisitive companies

  • Salesforce experience required along with exposure across other GTM tools e.g. Marketing automation, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Open to travel
