Instructure is looking for a SaaS revenue systems guru to optimize the systems, functionality and data for all revenue systems including Salesforce, Clari, Outreach. This role will work with the Enterprise Systems team to ensure Salesforce is optimized and can execute on the vision set forth by the Sales leadership teams. In short, this role is focused on ensuring all revenue systems work together seamlessly to improve the revenue team’s productivity, insights & execution.

This role will execute best practices, achieve efficiencies, and utilize the systems to support the Company's strategic goals, financial plan, and key performance indicators. You must demonstrate solid judgment, critical thinking, and risk management that drive results and ROI at an accelerated pace.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations & Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Optimize the Sales tech stack and ensure the tools and systems meet the current and future needs of the organization.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain the Sales Systems roadmap while being the primary driver

  • Communicate regularly on project plans, progress, blockers, and risks to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Partner with Enterprise Systems to drive the end-to-end process for Sales Systems which includes: requirements gathering, solution design, build, test and validation, and deployment

  • Improve system process discipline by defining and driving implementation of key processes, fostering continuous improvement

  • Optimize the capture and tracking of sales activity and identifying areas for improvement

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success leadership and their teams, to ensure all account, contact and other territory coverage information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Provide business representation for risk, compliance, legal and work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a business, finance or data focus and/or related job experience. Masters degree preferred.

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; credibility with peers and executive-level interactions

  • Experience in a complex environment with multiple sources of customer data. Integrated complicated systems to empower sales, marketing and customer success with useful information.

  • Tackled high priority strategic and operational initiatives

  • Supported execution of projects and programs by creating visibility (project plans), progress (trackers/status-updates), and recommendations on best path forward

  • Work experience around GTM systems and process such as Lead-to-Quote, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Clari, and Outreach

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies and leading organizational transformation practices

  • An agile mindset that will iterate through blockers and build foundational architecture for future scale

  • Salesforce experience

  • Saas experience

  • PMP certified is a plus

$140,000 - $160,000 a year

This position will be eligible for an annual bonus as well as equity in the form of restricted stock units.
