TEKsystems Sales Account Manager in Urbandale, Iowa
Description
The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the product base with newly acquired and existing accounts; as well as, increasing the per-transaction sales with the highest level of profit margin. Will serve as the primary contact for their assigned book of business within the assigned markets and provide consistent support and account management to Store Owners, Managers, Distributors, and Customers.
Makes daily telephone calls, obtains new accounts
Develop relationships with customers to sell determined needs
Prospect and sell to new accounts
Provides quotes, processes paperwork, and runs reports
Collects and submits orders
Achieves quality goals set by the Sales department.
Strategizes with store managers on game plans for reaching sales goals
Runs cash accounts
Develops and maintains cooperative, professional relationships with customers, store managers, co-workers and supervisory staff
Demonstrates flexibility in adjusting to periodic changes in customer assignments and in achieving departmental goals
Skills & Qualifications
Sales experience / Customer service experience
Prefer candidates to have an associates or bachelors degree
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
