Our client in the Aerospace industry is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be a self-starter, and have experience with fabrication processes.
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Urbana, OH
Pay Range: $24.66 to $36.96 per hour (1st shift)
What's the Job?
Read and interpret part drawings and aviation-related specifications
Create and understand manufacturing work instructions
Identify failure modes and determine Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
Use calipers, micrometers, height gage, and feature checking g
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
What's Needed?
BS in Engineering is required
Experience with fabrication processes
Experience with tool/fixture design
Experience with mechanical drawings (blueprints)
Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Projects, Visio, and Outlook
Excellent written and oral communication skills
