About The Opportunity Coordinate all maintenance activities and manage the CMMS or EAM in support of the Technical Manager and Supervisors. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Effectively manage the EAM and all work requests. 2. Plan maintenance work, including time and resource estimates, part requisition and schedules accordingly. 3. Oversee plant preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs. 4. Manage maintenance scheduling process, including weekly management meetings and maintenance teammeetings. 5. Work with Maintenance teams in regards to tasks specific to work orders, inventory, assets and project andlabor management. 6. Assist with the planning and scheduling efforts concerning major plant turn-around and equipment overhauls. 7. Kit parts for PMs and ensure correct parts are in stock to support PM processes. 8. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that arerequired, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job,proper training techniques must be followed). 9. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities. 10. Other duties as assigned. Performance Measures and Outcomes 1. Safety metrics 2. Unplanned downtime Education/Certification Level Required: High school diploma or equivalent Level Desired: Vocational or Technical Degree Work Experience Required Desired: * 2-5 years of relevant work experience with technical background * 1-3 years of experience with CMMS/EAM Desired: * Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting * Electrical troubleshooting * Blueprint reading Travel Requirements * 5%-10% travel required #LI-EE1 Two companies, one vision.
