Job Description
Time to get to work! We’re seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for a client in Central Illinois. This is a 6-month contract to hire. Job Description:
As an IT Support Technician, you will be working on the service request team and focus on Moves, Adds and Changes within the client's organization.
Qualifications:
Must 2+ years of experience with the following:
Tier I & II IT Support
End user moves/relocation
(IT Hardware) installs
Hardware installation and troubleshooting
Phone installs/troubleshooting
PC installs, builds and troubleshooting
Must have 1 year with the following:
Active Directory
Documentation/Ticketing System
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
Candidate must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer
Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered
