Job Title: Sr ERP Expert (SAP) - IDD Uppsala
Location: Uppsala, Sweden

We are currently seeking a Senior ERP specialist role to support Business Owner, Process Owner and Process Coordinators. As an ERP Expert, you will play a meaningful role in implementing and optimizing SAP ERP systems for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and efficient business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for SAP ERP or improvement projects.
Support the management of the ecosystem where ERP is central/impact on SAP.
To lead development in system and organizational structure for SAP competence.
Conduct detailed analysis of existing ERP systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Design, configure, and customize SAP ERP modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
Develop functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP ERP solutions.
Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and resolve any issues or defects.
Provide end-user training and support to SAP ERP.
Stay updated with the latest SAP ERP features, improvements, and industry trends to provide mentorship and recommendations to clients.
Continuously supervise and evaluate system performance, finding opportunities for improvement and implementing required changes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven ability as an ERP specialist, with a focus on SAP ERP.
Solid grasp and expertise in SAP ERP modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing.
Experience in end-to-end SAP ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
Proficiency in SAP ERP and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Good communication and ineterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business and multi-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
SAP certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
