Position Summary:

You will be a member of the Global IT Business Support team, mainly located in Uppsala. We work globally in an international environment where travel is vital as well as meetings outside of normal office hours. Global IT Business Support is a diverse team consisting of seven members that work and have fun together. The role will suit someone who is genuinely interested in IT, quality, documentation, human-computer interaction and who enjoys staying up-to-date with advancements in the area. To us it is more important to find the right personality than a person with the right background.

Job Description

  • Plan, develop and lead risk-based validation activities.

  • Drive continuous improvements in computer system validation (CSV).

  • Subject matter expert in CSV.

  • Communication of used CSV methodology and status in e.g. audits.

Skills required

  • Analytic and structured.

  • Self-motivated and resilient.

  • Natural sense of identifying the important details without losing the bigger picture.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Team player. Honesty, integrity, respect and courtesy with all colleagues.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Sound general knowledge of IT systems.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Extra merits

  • Knowledge of Industry guidelines (GAMP) and regulations (QSR, ISO13485, Part 11, Annex 11, GDPR) for computer system validations.

  • Knowledge in risk-based testing methodologies.

  • Experience from continuous deployment and agile methodologies from a testing perspective.

Qualifications needed

BA/BS required or equivalent experience / technical training
