What you’ll do
The Global business analys has a diverse scope of duties and responsibilities, the primary responsibility is to transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business processes. Other duties and responsibilities within the role include:
Collaborate with operations team improving processes, services and data visualizations through in-depth data analysis
Engage with operations and business stakeholders to make processes and operations efficient with data driven changes
Collaborate with operations leaders to build reports, design, model dashboards using data from various sources that enables operational process monitoring and efficiencies
Build data analysis models using visualization tools like Qlik, Power BI, Oracle Excel, etc
Build & Identify reporting requirements working together with the operations leaders
Document requirements and specifications of the visualizations to ensure transparency in logic and understanding.
Build scorecards and trackers to assure processes deployment and KPI improvements, using Danaher / Cytiva DBS, and Lean methodology where applicable
Who you are
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Statistics
2-3 years’ experience working in an analytical/research environment
Master of analytics and reporting tools such as Qlik, Power BI, Oracle and Excel
Fluent in SQL
Ability to work independently, problem solve, and ability to travel abroad
Passion for the start-up environment with a desire to “make a difference”
Must be organized, driven, a team player and possess excellent “can do” attitude
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, Gantt, Bowlers etc.) is a strong advantage
