Mercury Systems Associate Test Technician- 1st shift in Upper Saddle River, New Jersey

Job Summary: Test Technician needed to perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tests on Printed Circuit Board assemblies. Must have an understanding of microprocessor and digital theory. Needs to follow methods and sequence of operations in performing tests following Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTP) Job Responsibilities: Set-up and operate test equipment in accordance with standard test procedures. * Troubleshoot simple to moderate issues * Use a variety of test equipment to ensure the highest quality of integrated and tested products * Responsible for the quality of work-in-process * Operation of printed circuit board assemblies, sub-assemblies, and computers * Work efficiently under moderate supervision Required Qualifications: * Experience with multi-meters, oscilloscopes and other like instruments * Understanding of basic electronic theory * 0-3 years of experience * Ability to read schematics * Basic computer skills * Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures * Ability to multi-task * Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior Preferred Qualifications: * Associate or Bachelor's Degree "This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
