JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The School of Global Languages, Literatures, and Cultures in the College of the Liberal Arts seek to hire two Part-Time Graders for work in larger courses taught by the Department of Asian Studies during fall 2024 semester.

Duties include the following possible duties: * Grading (rubrics and guidance will always be provided by the instructor) * Proctoring exams * Assisting in other teaching responsibilities, such as (but not limited to) recording attendance and class participation, helping develop course materials and activities, and assisting with classroom activities and demonstrations.

An estimate of 5 hours per week per student is expected. The courses are ASIA 104 (Buddhism) and ASIA 107N Bollywood.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
