Employers name, Geographic location and Need:\ Sweet Life Services, LLC is looking to fill 22 Welder positions in Will County, IL. This is a temporary, full-time position and we are looking to fill 22 job openings for employment from 3/20/2025 to 3/31/2027.\ Additional Worksites: Worksites are in Will county in Illinois.\ Job Description:\ Duties: Use hand-welding, flame-cutting, hand-soldering, or brazing equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. Installing new equipment and welding processing pipes both stainless and mild steel.\ Requirements:\ Must be able to lift 50lbs. 3 months welding experience required\ Terms & Conditions of Employment: \$24.50/hr., at 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule varies). Overtime rate of pay is at least \$36.75per hour. Overtime will be available as needed. Higher pay and/or other incentives based on performance.\ Inbound Transportation:\ Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.\ Outbound Transportation:\ Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.\ Daily Transportation:\ Employer will provide daily transportation to and from worksites.\ Disclosure of daily subsistence amount\ Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts.\ 3/4ths guarantee not required due to 2016 Omnibus:\ Three- fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.\ Provision of tools, equipment, and supplies:\ Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools; supplies & equipment required to perform the job.\ Single Work Week guarantee and frequency of pay:\ Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due; The pay period is biweekly.\ Statement of deductions from workers pay:\ The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions, which are not required by law.\ Reimbursement of border, visa and related fees:\ The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker.\ Provision of board, lodging or other facilities\ The employer will not be providing housing.\ Employer contact information: Sweet Life Services, LLC 2510 Bond Street University Park, IL 60484 meghan@sweetlife.life (219) 554-6740\ Instructions on how to apply:\ How to apply: Inquiries, applications, indications of availability, and/or resumes may be sent to the IL State Workforce IDES Workforce Office, which serves Will County, IL at: 217-558- 0401 and reference job order # (filed concurrently with IL SWA)
