The Manager, Title Marketing Ops - Peacock, is a dynamic, production savvy project professional responsible for managing the creation of compelling campaigns for NBCU’s single title original content.
This position requires excellent production management skills across campaign planning, video, print, digital and events, as well as exceptional communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
This position will report to the Director, Title Marketing Ops and will be a key stakeholder to the planning, creative, social, and press teams within the Peacock Marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality, and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.
Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end operational management of a campaign, including long term resource planning, asset management, and campaign scope efficiency
Provide consultation on holistic campaign planning to ensure feasibility of deadlines and creative requirements
Partner with shoots and photo to scope and schedule marketing shoots during pre-production & manage asset distribution & approvals in post-production.
Manage creative vendor deals and onboarding in partnership with Title Creative
Handle production & delivery onboarding for new and existing agencies to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Oversee production budget in partnership with Title Creative and Title Planning
Ensure creative deliverables are aligned with Planning and Creative strategy
Handle music and content clearances for creative needs
Legal management for contracts, SOWs, NDAs and risk analysis for creative
POC for episode post-production schedule communication, inclusive of facilitating access and delivery needs
Drive improvements to creative process via key operational workflows
Simplify complex workflows & enable efficient workstreams
Act as the representative for the title teams on any cross-functional operational/tooling discussions
Qualifications/Requirements
3+ years' experience leading production centric projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations
Desired Characteristics

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (bonus eligible)
