Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette Office Clerk in Uniontown, Pennsylvania
Office Clerk/ Energy Educator - Part Time 20-35 hours a week
Responsibilities include: Receives and answers the phone, operates a computer, maintains computer and saving records within computer software Microsoft 365.We also work within web-base cloud software. Lots of typing and no room for mistakes. Note taking is a must in this office. Knowledge of networking. Must be able to calmly speak on phone to clients in need.
*Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft 365, Including EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK. **
Ability to operate other general office equipment.e.g. copy machine, fax, scanner, phones, computers
Ability to communicate effectively verbally with staff and clients and in writing with staff and clients.
Ability to enter, file and maintain office records. ACCURACY IS A MUST!
Ability to track mileage on company vehicles. Be comfortable discussing energy tips with clients.
Must pass Drug screening and Criminal Background Check.
Must have Reliable Transportation to and from work.
